Hello, my name is Hemera Margrieta and I am an art communicator and a creative engineer. Art and creativity help me to transform my inner pain and black into renewal and expansion. I do this by tuning in, sitting in silence, sensing how it feels and then finding ways to express it creatively. For example, by colouring the pain, sketching the energies of stuckness and movement, materializing blockages or collaging feelings of fear, grief and anger. I also like to be "part of the art" by, for example, designing costumes that I can wear or making creative art sets where I can sit in. By doing this I make my inner world visible and tangible towards myself. It gets a face, I can see it, touch it so I can communicate with it. Besides that, by being part of the art, it also becomes doable so I can experience it.  This helps me to see through my recurring patterns and discovering new angles, ideas, and opportunities. I call this “Art in Motion”.

My creative transformational foundation is built on two training pillars. The first one is the Soul Art Certification, a creative transformational program that uses art and spirituality to allows I have done the full certification, from Bodymapping to the Shaman level and I am a fully certified soul art guide.

The second pillar is my Haptonomy training, a Dutch body-mind awareness technique which uses toch translate to something personal .

I appreciate these methods for its ability to reconnect people with their true origin and its power to help people find their own unique answers.

I call myself an international spirit. I have lived in Italy and Jordan. Currently recreating myself and my life, I reside in the Netherlands. My dream is to build up an online business with my art and creativity that allows me to life and work all over the world wherever I want.
